Well I was wrong about him not playing because he got less than a minute against CCU. The rest of the games he missed say coach's decision. Maybe he isn't playing the way coach likes...who knows. With Freeman playing so well it's probably hard to get him more than spot minutes because Amir is not the most gifted scorer so moving him to the wing is not an option and I definitely don't like the idea of taking the ball out of Freeman's hands. Who really knows though.
