How efficient is are the area players?
Here is my breakdown of the TENDEX RATINGS for the local players.
It's a long standing formula that gauges all positive stuff a player does while on the court for his team vs the negative. It's not a be-all-end-all formula...just interesting.
Formula: Players total points scored+rebounds+assists+steals+blocks...MINUS....missed field goals, missed free throws, turnovers. Take the number left over and divide by total minutes played.
UC
1. Maxiell .646
2. Hicks .563
3. Kirkland .502
4. Bright .443
5. White .437
6. Moore .429
7. Muhammad .312
8. Williams .248

Thoughts?

The rating system that's being used favors interior players so I wouldn't say it is a good indicator of who the best player(s) is/are on a given team.

It also favors those who don't play against other starters.

i put souls on there more to show he makes the most of his minutes. If he's not gonna play much, he might as well do what he can when he's in. Go Souls!! 04-rock

It's good that Souly is taking advantage of the minutes he's playing. He is clearly not as lost as he was the first few games he was out there.

But if Max knew he only had to play 5 minutes a game, I bet hed have a better number. Cause he'd go all out for those 5 minutes, and wouldn't worry about pacing himself.
