From what I understand, UCF has some really good transfers and/or greyshirts coming in.

RE: 247 Sports Football Recruiting Class Rankings
I dont understand our rating. We only have 19 recruits coming in, but of those 19, 16 are 3 star (rivals) or higher. We have the highest average in C-USA.

But I wouldn't worry about this class. We are not in a rebuilding year. There is nowhere to go from last season but up. Especially with the influx of transfer talent through Running back and Oline (Storm Johnson and Phil Smith, respectively)

I like how SU and Pitt have already been moved to the ACC, on that site. 05-stirthepot

Also Syracuse would rank 5th in this conference.

Correct...Rivals only credited UCF with 14 recruits...even though 19 new players are coming into the program (including two 4-star players that UCF will not be credited with).

rivals gives credit for quantity...which is why UCF is ranked near the bottom of CUSA even though it has the highest average rating per recruit (even not counting the 2 new 4-star players...QB Gabbert from Missouri and RB Storm Johnson from Miami).

The 3 grey shirts (WR Perriman, DB's Davis and Henry) enrolled in January...but will not be credited by rivals for this class.
