Will Barton went 2-9 against Texas A&M-CC in his 10th game.

Stokes went 2-9 against the best player in the country while getting triple-teamed. Also, he had 6 rebounds and 4 steals. Dude is talented and playing hard.

He was getting triple teamed!!! How any assists did he have?

Watching from afar, I always thought Stokes to be a bit of a "Drama Queen", very self oriented and in my personal opinion we just might be better off without him, particularly if we can land Tony Parker. If the other guys told him to keep away from the Finch and pretty much stay off their block after it was all over, then I'm all for it after he bugged out to Ewe-T. As far as the Vawls making the NIT.....I not so sure about that, they might get to watch it from their dorm rooms if the electric bill gets paid on time. I also think Stokes will more than likely be playing in Europe next year waiting on his eligibility for the 2013 NBA draft instead of entertaining the hillbillies in Knoxville. YMMV

Who on the current team would tell Stokes not to come to Memphis?

Oh, and Paz was spot on, Easterwood doesn't know a damn thing about the program anymore, but he still wants the attention he used to get, so if that means making **** up then so be it.

I remember it being reported that no one really wanted to play with him. Hence, "stay away". I wouldn't know if that's true, but some were saying it a while back.

Well I had already heard about this situation before it was brought up on here..And from what I heard it was told to Stokes by one of the players on the current team and he has already been mentioned on here..My opinion is he will not be back next year if true, but this is just what I heard and there is no validity to it, yet..

You all do know that we had no scholly to offer Stokes this year, don't you?

Keith's a really nice guy, and is very plugged into the current staff and team.
