Post and Pre Season analysis
This I have created for the analysis of both the previous season and the season to come.

Questions to answer:

What did we do wrong and right last season? How do we improve into the following? What steps have been taken so far?

Staffing Changes: How did / will they affect us?

Key player roles needed to be filled.

Players to watch.

Anything and everything. I'd like to see everything from player development, to recruiting progress, to play calling to (well supported!) predictions.

I have my ideas but I'd like to see what everyone else thinks first.

RE: Post and Pre Season analysis
I will start off with a players to watch list, feel free to add:

-QB #5 Blake Bortles- We all know this.

-RB #8 Storm Johnson - 4 star transfer from Miami U

-OLB #27 Johnathan Davis - the only real playmaker left on defense

-WR #9 J.J. Worton - Our star Sophomore Wide Receiver, and so young!

That's all I can think of for now

Staffing Changes: No more Salem!

What did we do wrong last year: Not playing our playmakers was a big mistake. I understand why O'Leary let Godfrey start every game. I would have pulled him sooner, though, but I agree with the concept.

Not letting our best running back touch the ball and giving our worst rb too many touches was a big problem.

Lack of experience on defense was also an issue, one that I'm not sure is easily corrected. I'm not super excited or depressed about the guys coming back and losing JRob hurts. I'm not sure how the offensive line could look that much worse, but at least they'll have a pocket QB who can pick apart a blitz.

Players to watch: The only player I could think to add is Rannell Hall and that's a little depressing to me.

I think we will be better next year, but I am a little bit less optimistic than I was when I started this post.
