Seriously, I have read many people making comments that UC is more talented than Wake.............and my response is, HUH?

Wake fans better hope they win it this year because I would think Paul and Williams will be definitely gone to the pro's after this season. One can never be sure, but what else do they have to prove? Paul is widely considered the best PG in college...........and Williams was very impressive today.

everytime UC got within a possession, Wake immediately answered. Everytime. Shows mental toughness and savvy.

Paul is gone gauranteed. He is a top 3 pick.

I would be surprised if both Paul and Williams are gone. I could see both of them back at Wake Forest. Paul reminds me a little of Leinhart in that he loves playing College Basketball in front of his Family and Friends in his hometown.

I wouldn't be too sure about them leaving. Granted...they would be high picks. I also don't think Wake is going to be able to win the Championship.......I have a feeling someone we would least expect ti win it this year......sorta like Syracuse in 2003

most of the time when UC got within a possession, we self - destructed after that. UC would seem to hand the ball over to WF.
Wake played good and chris paul is one of the best in the country but for anyone to think Eric Williams is a shoe-in to go NBA, I don't see it. He's slow...yes, bulky, but he had pretty easy lay ins or dunks against the cats....his point guard got him the ball at the right time. He would have to work much harder at that in the pros and I don't think he has the skills yet to be an automatic nbaer right now.

Wake has better talent among the starting 5 than UC except at the 4 -- I give UC a slight edge there.

Paul will be an NBA player, but he lacks size. He will have to prove he can play defense either in a game or at private workouts before the draft. Until the NBA is sold on his defense, he will be a first rounder, but a top 3 pick.
