He is a 3-4 man.

The guy is hit or miss. Year one here he was terrible but this year the D showed progress.

So long as you have a good NT and a strong LB corps he should do fine.

Not sure where the "Ace Recruiter" comment came from in the article. Haven't heard his name associated with any of our defensive recruits.

I am glad he found some work he was a good coach while at Houston!!

My understanding was that Stewart was the only defensive coach we were losing and that Spavital was staying. The article indicated that may not be the case.
