I've seen maybe 2 plays of this game. I seriously think a MAC team could get more yards (43) and crossed the 50 yd line, something L$U couldn't do.

I havent turned it on and refuse too.

Maybe this is why we have week night MAC football in November on ESPN.

Well that Oklahoma USC game was really bad too...

The MAC office should have bought air time during the NC game to show exciting football. The defenses are great and all but boring.

Now that Saban has won twice at Bama he needs to show that he is the ultimate coach and show he can win anywhere. He needs to go to his Alma Mater and show he can win there. Win there and you must be the ultimate coach.

I woke up to hear that it was a slow 21-0 game that was generally a yawner.

But that simply can't be... Before every bowl season, every blogger and sports columnists do their bowl ranking, and the MNC is always ranked the Top 3 for "excitement" and most of the bowls featurning non-BCS teams (the games that usually wind up featuring nailbiters or offense fireworks) land near the bottom.

I watched the Exorcism of Emily Rose instead of this game, and I am better off for it.....

Yes, imagine my surprise when I found myself watching Family Guy re-runs instead of the game. (Ah the joys of travel for work).

Lame game. Lame conference. As usual the SEC reacts to its feelings of insecurity and it delivers a poor product...as does most every other team from that region.

Fortunately the NFL is enjoyable this year, and wrestling season is in full swing.

Didn't watch the so-called NC game, had very little interest. Would have wanted to see a different matchup.

I missed this thread and made separate comments on another (sorry). My observation is that although Bama's D was suffocating, I would've like to seen a team with a decent QB play Bama (like Okl State). The final polls are out, and LSU is #2 in both..I'd have dropped them down farther after that performance.

Yes but...they beat Oregon, WVU and Arkansas. Tough call.

Curious what the television ratings will be???

Lesson learned from last night's game:

Don't schedule LSU or Alabama.

You'll lose badly and the game will be brutal to watch.

Better to lose to Oregon 63 - 35.

And go to Vegas and take the 'over' and enjoy the points being put up.

Yeah, I know, Torch, but they were just soooooo bad in the championship game..so bad.
