Neither Pitt not Cuse wants to spend the money.
WVU is willing to pay but the BEAST is being a PITA.
Word is they offered both Pitt and Cuse a number to leave early and both declined. WVU was never offered that, but supposedly has copies of what the BEAST offered the other 2. If that is true.....
To say the least, discovery, if it comes to that, is going to be very interesting.
