At the end of last year, Memphis was playing better than the Spurs. Never said they weren't. Pretty sure I already said that. I was scared of Memphis last year in the 1st round, and as it turns out, with good reason.

Different story this year.

It will be interesting to see should we get past the Clippers. But I doubt we'll get a "beat down."

Agree with you Kpig. We, the Griz, have a mountain to move before we even think about the 2nd round. Plus after what happened to the Spurs last year in the 1st round, I seriously doubt they're thinking about 2nd round matchups either. The next 2 weeks will be very interesting.

let's not be shocked if we lose this opening series...
