Just so you know, for future reference.. there are three Statewide Universities in the UL system [UL, UNO and Louisiana Tech]. The remaining six schools are regional institutions.

Well, for your future reference the President of the University of Louisiana System said only last week that the University of Louisiana System now has, after including UNO, nine REGIONAL comprehensive research universities. He named the nine which included Tech, ULL, and UNO so you guys better let him know.

Let me walk you through this very carefully and in the most simple way I can. Hopefully you can understand. First, check post #28 in this thread. Secondly, click on the little link I posted. Third, upon finding the article, look down and read paragraph #4, 5, and 6. Those three paragraphs are from his PREPARED statement related to the historical event. Note the quotation marks are in front of the first word in paragraph #3 and at the end of the last word in paragraph #6. What the means is he said everything between those two quotation marks. It was PREPARED ahead of time in order to be reported and quoted clearly and accurately without assumptions, etc.
