Despite our small numbers, this is the best Pitt board on the net. Since it's the only board that is made up of over 90% on topic posts about football, it would win by default anyway (but let's not downplay our awesome status).

Honestly, I love it because we don't have the riff raff that Scout or Rivals has. Everyone seems to get along here. My only problem is guys like PittMD, and DonVonYinzer don't make their way onto this board often-if not at all. I'm not much of a hoops fan, but would love to see a basketball forum on this page.

Rivals pay board is much different than the free one.

I don't mind the Lairs pay side that much. But I'd rather post here rather than there. Only difference to me is that they have Chris Peak, who provides great inside info on recruiting and such, and this board got me, who is practically worthless

I wish there was a PM function over on Rivals because there are a few posters who I think are disgusted with that board who would be good additions to this one.

I think the only thing that will probably attract more (besides word of mouth) is just activity. Either way, skins couldn't hurt. Subforums aren't a bad idea either but with as little traffic as we have here right now they're really unnecessary.

Scout seems to be back up and running... but I had to separate virus's try to attack my computer. I'll wait before I head back there. waltspappy is another good guy I'll hit up when things cool down over there.

I PM'd eccu4ever about hooking us up w/ a skin. I proposed the old school mustard yellow and blue for the background colors. Um, any ideas to what we could name the board other than just Pittsburgh?
