RE: Jennings hurt
Terrible news!! Still eary but preliminary reports are an MCL injury. Hopefully just a sprain because if he tore it he's done for the year! Probably my favorite NFL player, lets hope he's ok! Guess we'll know more tomorrow, get well Greg.

Well he's got a month to heal whatever it is. Don't need him for last three games - already have Division, bye week and home field wrapped up.

RE: Jennings hurt
An MRI is being done today to determine whether it's a sprain or a MCL tear. Hope for the best for Greg.

RE: Jennings hurt
The only "good news", so to speak, is that he will probably be out for the Green Bay vs Detroit game.

I'm glad to see it's nothing serious and that he will be back for the playoffs.

Grateful to hear that it turned out better than we'd feared.

RE: Jennings hurt
Anybody watch the Packers lose their first game yesterday? I didn't see it. Would Jennings have made the difference in the outcome?

RE: Jennings hurt
Aaron Rodgers was just 17 of 35, so Greg was most definitely missed.

"Any blueprint for beating Green Bay that the Chiefs may have provided is mitigated by the fact that the Packers have been struck by injuries. The absence of receiver Greg Jennings shortened the field for the offense. Running back James Starks was hurt, too. And injuries on the offensive line — tackle Bryan Bulaga strained his knee, and his replacement, Derek Sherrod, broke his leg — exposed an already weak link." - NY Times

RE: Jennings hurt
I watched it, he was definitely missed by the Pack. Their offense couldn't get going and they were plagued by dropped passes on big downs. They also never really established consistent running early on in the game and the Chefs jumped out on them with fg's.

I was especially happy for Orton. 02-13-banana

Hey, DB. Did Tony Moeaki (receiver) play for the Chiefs Sunday, or is he still hurt?

I think he's out for the year, I didn't hear his name.
