Interesting to see that they are demolishing Delta 1. I used to live there! Can't say I'll miss it though...

I wonder if there any other big plans in the works? I don't have to even say what I'm thinking about.

They have donated $41M over the years. Was the approx $20M they gave a few years back for the Cancer Institute?
