Tulsa isn't likely to leave the other private schools, Tulane and Rice to go the Sunbelt.

USM isn't leaving C-USA anytime soon.

Tech has nowhere near the same about of vitriol for the ULL as they do for ULM.

If ULM were not in the conference and Tech were to get passed over by CUSA again, they'd apply for Sun Belt membership the very next day.

At some point, even with ULM in the conference, their options might become Sun Belt or independence in that instance I expect eventually cooler heads would prevail and they'd realize that sharing a conference with ULM is the lesser of two evils.
