LSU forward Ross Neltner announced recently that he will be transferring....word around Morgantown is that WVU is one of the favorites to land him...he was Mr Kentucky basketball in 2003...any of y'all seen him play? Does he fit into WVUs permiter offense?

He played out in the state and had good numbers but he did not earn them against good talent, I never saw him play, but UK and UL were not upset that he went to LSU.

Yeah, I don't even remember how hard we recruited this guy, but he'll probably be a good pickup for WV; he's got decent size at 6-9.

But I'll tell you what, things have certainly changed in this state.

I know sometimes things just go in cycles, but for the last few years or so the state of Kentucky has been producing by far much better high school football players then basketball players.
