The ACC and the SEC wanted a playoff years ago. No one else did. If you want to b!tch about a playoff. Don't b!tch to the SEC they tried.

Hawg, The BEast's vote didn't have any effect on the outcome of the playoff debate. With the B1G and Pac being against it, it wasn't going to pass, no matter how much support it garnered elsewhere...

I think some take this crap way to serious. It was a joke. But on the other hand, most of what's written up by the so-called press is a joke. There's a thread about how the SEC runs college football and dicussion about how the BCS is set up to where only the SEC can win a national championship. And to an extent that's true. I don't care if the SEC wants or has promoted a playoff or not. I'm just making a joke of the fact that in their eyes they'll probably be happy when there is a 16 team playoff and the 16 teams in the playoff are the 16 teams in the SEC.
