Mizzou will do just fine in the SEC. I don't think they will play in the championship game their first season in the SEC. But they do play in the eastern division. So their is a good chance that they will have a better record than A&M right out of the gate.

I also think Missouri will do fine in the SEC. They should get a recruiting boost, but that always depends on the quality of the coaching staff and those doing the recruiting. Give the Tigers another Chase Daniel under center and they'll compete with anyone.

The writer of the article, however, made a couple of big errors IMO. Anyone using power ratings, especially Sagarin, loses me right off the bat. He also uses the word integrity to describe the SEC and lists integrity as one of the reasons to join the conference. I am fine with the other two reasons he gave, stability and relationships, but to use integrity in relation to a conference sounds more like a slap at those Missouri is leaving behind.
