He's still in the decision process. If he verbals to UT he'll be the 2nd QB in the class.

NIU gets a lot of one offer recruits. I guess it has worked out pretty well for you.

Toledo's only signing one QB in the class. Kid's a backup if something happens with Blackburn.......otherwise his option is preferred walk-on status.

I hope UT is signing a punter. That is a clear need for the program.
