Common sense, a good sense of humor, and a good healthy belly laugh at things that are funny all go a long way in life.

It is amazing that some of you really believe that the bad guy is me or some of the other parents? That the only way you can molest a child is through contact? If you do not believe that exposing your genitals and simulating a sex act in front of children constitutes molestation then your opinion means nothing to me and only furthers my belief that more people need to take a stand in situations like this.
If you actually saw the act in person everything in bold above applies to what he did. If he had ran naked from one end of the field to the other I would not have as big of a problem. But that is not what he did and there is plenty of video and pictures to prove it.
See, what you and people like you do is actually do more harm than good for catching and prosecuting ACTUAL CHILD MOLESTERS. By crying "kiddie rape!" at every chance you marginalize the disgusting act of true child molestation and twist it to fit your bible thumping agenda. This was in NO WAY child molestation and in no way aimed at children or anyone else in a sexual nature. It was a stupid frathouse stunt from a college kid. Something many of us would have probably done in our formative years with enough pushing from our peers and liquid courage. Stop this ignorant act of calling this child molestation.
Absolutely. I know a lot of law enforcement people who say that criminalizing this sort of behaviour overloads the system and makes it harder for them to deal with actual sexual predators and child molesters. Sort of similar to the way that mandatory sentences for drug offenders makes it harder to deal with drug dealers and real criminals. We have this fixation with the idea that making something illegal stops it from happening. It doesn't, and the criminal justice system is not the best place to deal with all the consequences.

More serious than the stupid 21 year old that darted across the field.
I Agree.

To the parents of small children who think it is fun, funny and no big deal for a man to expose himself to them, we will never agree.
To the people who think that a adult male exposing himself and simulating sexual movements in the presence of minor children is not a form of molestation, we again will never agree.
To the people who claim your small children are seeing naked people on TV and the internet at the age of 6-7-8 years old, you may need to re-evaluate your parenting skills. If you are a person that actually claims to have shown the video to your minor child, you should be visited by Social Services.
To the people who love the public nudity in Europe, you are free to move there.
To the new posters that have crawled out of the woodwork to defend their "friend", you should explain to him that pride is a sin for a reason. IF some lawsuits do come his way, bragging about exposing himself on a open Facebook page (screen shot) will most likely not play to his advantage if he is going to claim he was drunk, under the influence, did not know what he was doing, sorry for his actions, wish he had not done it. And since the picture he posted contained children....good luck with your defense!!
To the people who think there is only one random person on a message board that is dead serious about this issue and not several even more serious. You should talk to your "friend" and prepare him for the attention that he is about to get. $1500 and a misdemeanor charge is going to seem like a happy memory.

RE: What happened to the Streaker at the ECU vs So.Miss game?
Today in ECU's student newspaper (The East Carolinian)...they published uncensored photographs of the incident and had an interview with the perp.
The Headline read..." Extra balls found on the field at halftime"
When asked why he did it...the perp said..."Who wouldn't want to have the crisp Greenville air caressing their nutsack?"
The publishing of the pics has caused a uproar among some of the faculty, staff and students at ECU. Who knew this story would have legs...we of course knew it had balls.

Also, he is not a student at ECU.
WRONG!!
I was at the detention center when he was bailed out ... $5K bond!
Wrong!!! His bail was set at $1500.
