While I agree with your Sheriff personally and I have a CCP....It is not for anyone that is not ready to kill someone without looking back. Protecting myself, well maybe there would be future doubts, especially if I was still in California. But if it came to protecting my family I would not hesitate, my only guilt would come if I did.

The guy should have still been in prison and they should have thrown away the key long ago but I just don't know that CCP is going to solve all your problems like you think it will. Make stricter penaties for crimes and he wouldn't have been out.
