Dec. 3 Sat. C-USA Championship TBD ESPN

I think having CSTV will definitely help conferences like the CUSA and MWC to keep games on Saturday where I feel they belong. I think CUSA came out fine in regards to the new TV package. I'm not a fan of weeknight games but I think outside of the Thursday Nite games all the other weeknight games are terrible for college football even though it gives non-BCS conference TV time they can't get on Satuday's. And the BE TV schedule looks good as well.

Friday night games are out for me. That's high school fb night. Not only does that hurt the fans, but I think it hurts the recruiting. The potential recruits are playing on Friday night!

Appearances by team:
Cincy 2
UConn 3
Louisville 4
ND 2
Pitt 4
Rutgers 2

Where is USF? Aren't they playing Miami this year? Surely, that game would be on a network.

Don't be surprised if they pick up more games. I would think the USF-Miami game would make at least ESPN2 and the Louisville-WVU game would also be picked up later as well.

Yeah...I would expect the WVU/Maryland and WVU/VT games to be on TV somewhere as well...

-- I think there is a fair chance that the WVU/UL game could be on ABC

-- As for USF and TV....didn't the Bulls have some low TV ratings for there games on ESPN last yr? For a program trying to build a fan base its not the worst thing in the world to have all your home games on Saturday afternoon when it should be the easiest for the fans to come]

I think he got that list from CFN, which is very completely correct. There are four MAC games on ESPN/ESPN2/ABC that are missing from that list.

And they got the list from ESPN which is updated up to May 13th. ESPN says check back for updates. Do your research Toledo.

No harm HD, ESPN always picks up dates for later in the year. I expect them to pick up on some C-USA games as well.

Yeah I know. I think Rocket is just being a little sensitive. But I did state that I thought more games would probably be added.

It has nothing to do with doing the research. Just stating the facts. If you took my post the wrong way than that is your problem. I meant no offense to you at all. Looking back at my post I am surprised you can even understand what the hell I said because it makes no sense.....not very good English at all.

Anyway, CNF tends to be very late at updating their TV schedule. Last year they were very late in updating it every time ESPN or someone else updated their schedule.

So don't think I was being sensitive and don't think I was getting on you about it. I don't understand why posters from different conferences have to think right away that somebody is saying something with a twist to get at the poster from the other conference.

I posted the link for ESPN TV schedule. You started off saying I probably got the listing from CFN and they usually wrong about everything. CFN got the schedule from the ESPN site so if anyone was wrong it was ESPN.

If the games you mention are to be on ESPN maybe those games were finalized after the 13th of May.

I'm not taking offense to what you said. But I am saying that if you thought CFN was wrong you should have went to the source (like I did) to verify their info.

Do you friggin' work for CFN?

Anyway, yes those games could have been finalized after ESPN's last update.

As for CFN, they are wrong on a lot of things. Don't act like they aren't.

No I don't. But I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.

We were not talking about other things. We were talking about the TV schedule that CFN got from ESPN.

It's nothing wrong with admiting you were wrong about CFN in this case Rocket.

All I said was that CFN is not usually accurate and usually slow at updating their TV schedule. I never said they were wrong with the information they had at the time they posted it.
