I think most jobs except a very select few are stepping stones until something more lucrative comes along.

Well with that being said, here's to going 0-4 for the next 4 games (lbs). I picked us to go 8-4 at the start of the season but didn't think about this happening.

We need another year of English before he leave and maybe turning the job over to Anderson to have... I also think English should be COY if he goes 8-4 for the season.

Yes, he has his team play some solid football and they are no fluke. Even in the first quarter vs Michigan you could see them running the ball really well and the fans that follow the MAC could see they looked like a respectable team on the field that first half. They definately build something off that game.

English deserves recognition. I knew he would make major improvements, but that has to be one of the toughest tasks ever undertaken. Still hard to imagine taking on that job.
