Really Robbie...you have NO damn clue. My mother was a teacher for over 30 years and is a Democrat. She will be the first to tell you that what Rand is talking about (bringing the education system back to the local level) is what needs to happen. She has railed against NCLB since its inception.

Thats why they have LOTS of assistants. Silly Bull. It most certainly can be read and understood in 48 hours. I am also going to wager this thing was put together over time(ie the ideas in it have been talked about for a good length of time) not just thrown together at the last minute without knowing most of what is in it. So most of what is in it wouldn't be "new" and they know what most of it is going into it.

Robert supported ObamaCare and that was essentially the same thing and we now see what a piece of that bill is. Barry himself doesn't want to implement all of the provisions.
