Considering noone is gonna vote USF back into CUSA..I was thinking your options were independant, or Sunbelt...At the end of the day all that matters to alot of us is on the field performance..you left with a losing record to USM..thats really all that needs to be said.

What in the world is that supposed to mean?

It means a lot of people are upset at just how unfair this sport and the politics of it are becoming. In an ideal world we would all have equal footing and oppurtunity, our favorite teams would be given a chance and life would be nothing but suds, jugs and laughs.
Unfortunately, some people are too caught up in their feelings, it's a shame.

Regarding fairness... What's interesting to me with the current realignment, is that (IF the big east maintains it's AQ) a lot more schools just got a seat at the BCS table. Realignment means moveups. The B10 added 1, ACC added 2, SEC added 1 or 2. Those either directly or eventually migrate up from the BE, which then pulls up schools from the top non-AQ ranks. I'm sure a whole lot of people in Houston, Dallas, Orlando, etc. will be happy this all happened. And this process is not done. There will be a few more moves, and eventually everyone who 'should be' at BCS probably will be... Hard to believe, but after the dust settles, this may have been a very good thing.

Evidently not. We finished in the Top 5 once or twice in the '70s. Hell, we even had a shot at the national championship at least once during that decade.

Again, obvious case of sour grapes is obvious.

As for basketball, I direct you to this link about what's been going on lately.. Complete with VIDEO...

Since then, Houston has added a 6'10 center from nigeria (Olajuwon's Home) who blew up this summer avg. 12 blocks a game and now are close to landing one of the top PG in Texas who said Houston joining the BE is his reason for now considering UH.

I would take Houston and SMU over Memphis football anyday. Memphis should send it's football team to D2 so they can be added as a bball only school to the BE. Memphis bball is what UCF hopes to become in the future.04-wine
