As for the Cajun’s procreation with female cousins, at least women were readily available. Unfortunately, you and your brethren found yourselves lacking in numbers of female cousins and took to raiding each others barns to procreate with farm animals. This would explain the existence of such posters like Mr. Ho and yourself; clearly lacking in several distinct chromosomes of modern man.

I am under 40 and am by no means a Marxist. Actually, I am a Conservative minded Libertarian who is planning on voting for Herman Cain in the primaries.

just wanted that to be known. not everyone too young for AARP membership is a pinko commie moron.

You folks seem to think it's the sole reason Troy has dominated this conference in football though, and it's the only thing you Cajuns have been able to come close to hanging your hat on as an excuse for constantly losing to Troy. That exemption was gone over 5 seasons ago.

So tell me the next reason Lousiana has lost to Troy the last 5 years. Those same 5 years since the exemption was removed.

Yep, that is why the notes from the NCAA meeting that were posted mentioned Troy (you know, the program that was supposed to have never had an APR exemptions) were from a meeting less then five years removed. Nice try junior, first Troy never had exemptions and now it's been five years removed?

Nope, you have twisted the words of what I said. I never said we didn't have them. And technically, we didn't have exemptions, we had waivers for those two years. What I said was that there were lies about the "waivers/exemptions" being perpetuated by UL folks. They claimed we got special treatment that allowed us to get players that were a bigger risk academically, which is NOT true.

Every team that fields a FBS college football team, uses the same academic qualification scale to determine whether a student-athlete qualifies to play. Whether it's USC, UF, UL or Troy, we all use the same scale. The waiver was because we moved from 64 scholarships to 85 scholarships, and in order to field an FBS team we were adding kids in larger recruiting classes in 2001 & 2002, therefore APR success for those classes could have been affected. As it turns out, by the second year of the waiver, Troy met the APR requirement, and really didn't need the waiver.
And unless you're at least 60, you can't even qualify yourself to call me Junior. Although, I guess I can see where you might refer to a lot of the males you encounter as Junior, since it's always going to be a question as to whether you may or may not be talking to some illegitimate offspring you may have spawned as a result of a past indiscretion with the next-to-the-purtiest cousin you saw at your family get-together. And, which due to the abundance of lots of corn liquor, and the hot sweltering nights on da bayou, probably ends up with all your cousins pairing off by the end of the night....even when there aren't enough female cousins to go around.

The acdemic scale and waivers have nothing to do with APR exemptions. And while every FBS program uses the scale and waivers to admit student athletes, few SBC programs were granted the APR exemption in football. The basis for waivers have nothing to do with moving from from 64 scholarships to 85 scholarships, in order to field an FBS team. That is a load of crap and a false statment. Was WKU, FIU, FAU or South Alabama ever granted APR waivers in football? You lost all creditability on the subject after that explanation.

If you are over 60, then I apologize for confusing you with the younger group of Marxist deadweight hillbillies spawned by your universities low entrance requirements. This is the same LONG WINDED BS this idiot put on our site. We are here to read about football. To tell you the truth I dont even think your a cajun because I have never met a cajun I didnt like. You must be one of those New York transplants coming down to cajun land and changing names and spreading your liberal idea .... watch out cajuns you got an OBAMA storm trooper in your midst. GETEM BOYS04-chairshot

Dude, you wouldn't know a Cajun if you met one. Now back to the grill with you, unless you quit your job to go march on Wall Street with the rest of Obama's Marxist and Anarchist!

Congrates, Cain is Social and Fiscal Conservative! He is the only true conservative in the bunch. If I was old enough, I would become a member of AARP, they are no longer a senior citizen advocacy group.

RE: To reasonable Troy fans
The "Mr. Ho" of the Silicon Valley bowl days was funny. This "Mr. Ho" is not funny and is vindictive and nasty. He is still taking shots at me a year after I was banned for responding in kind to him and one or two others who cowardly hide their names, yet love to personally attack those who identify themselves.

"Ho" was given carte blanche - including violating the rule of being allowed to operate multiple usernames, including "Red Wave" and "We Suck" - by the former owners of GTT.com. We'll see soon how much the new owner allows.

All that said, he is there to stir things up and nothing he writes should be considered accurate or serious from a poster who uses a "character" (insulting to a particular race) to make his points.

Hey is this a fellow ASTROS fan ?

Yes. It was a painful summer.

Worst team ever, I'm afraid.

But only one place to go!

Clarification. Worst Astro team ever.

To add insult to injury Chairman Bud saw fit to throw away 50 frigging years of history and move the good guys to the AL.03-puke

That Guy is ruining the sport. He moved his team to the NL, didn't have the balls to force AZ into the AL which was the original condition of granting them a franchise and don't get me started on interleague play.

There better be some backroom deal to get us to and win a WS in exchange for this farce.
