Ohio has enough overall talent to win at least 5 MAC games. Akron, Buffalo, Ball State, Miami will all be wins. In fact I would think BG will also be a layup by the time November rolls around.

The East will as it usually does come down to the Ohio-Temple game. Ohio is expected to make it a blackout with the players wearing black jerseys. Given Ohio's history against Temple they've got a very good chance at winning that game and going on to take the East.

Its not that Ohio is necessarily that great but if you are looking across the East most of the schools have basically nothing, unimpressive on both sides of the ball.

Fun game. UConn's star corner is out and our nickelback can't cover anyone. (WMU is missing 3 Olineman, so I can't use the injury exucse).

We're desperately trying to give this game away

UConn sucks. WMU did what they should have done today. That tall white receiver is just as good as White IMO.

Three WMU receivers with over 100 yards receiving today. Carder with 479 yards passing, 5 TDs. A number of circus catches today, too. Arnheim had 2 of them, White caught a ball that had "pinballed" off of two guys and right into his hands in traffic. Ravenell had 2 great TD catch and runs where he made a great catch while covered well.

First MAC win this year over the Big East. It wasn't pretty at times (14 penalties for a ton of yardage) but we'll take it.

WMU almost got outgained by the men in stripes, not to mention the Big East video replay crew. The penalties and turnovers overcome for an amazing win. Our last BCS win was against the Rose Bowling Illini now the Fiesta Bowling UConn. Whew

Nice job WMU. Broncos playing as good as any MAC team now.

One thing I noticed is that Carder does a great job getting rid of the ball quickly. In the Texas bowl in 2008, Hiller held onto the ball way too long and it cost WMU badly. He did well. Brush up on those slant passes a little bit and he'll have a nice year.

WMU's defense needs work. UConn has a horrible offense but we moved the ball well today.

Arnheim makes amazing catches, and is a great possession receiver, but Jordan White is on another level.
