I am not confident about this one. We have always struggled at Drake and coming off the Jacksonville loss our confidence could be at a low point. Hopefully we can at least keep it close and not get blown out.

Drake 42 Campbell 21. Our offense is good for three or four scores. I am giving the defense some credit for actually showing up if they can keep it at 42. Maybe they can fall down over themselves and get in the way enough that maybe they will trip Drake up a few times. We will see.

After last weeks embarrassment I have a feeling that getting away from home will be good for us. IMO we have a tendency to play better on the road; maybe it takes some of the pressure off. I haven't made a prediction yet this year and hope it's not my last.

Upset Special: CU 34-Drake-31

31 to 14. Was not that far off. Offense did not do as good as I thought. Defense still can't really stop anybody. Drake called off the dogs in the 4th quarter. Guess they have some class because they could have won by more but no need to a win is a win.

At this rate, we won't even get to 3-8 this year.

If we don't do better than 3-8 then the staff has to go. That would be no improvement over the past three years. No longer unexperienced players and we learned a lot today. There is no reason whey we can't win 5 or even 6 games this year. I expected us to be 1-3 or 2-2 at this point. Going forward we have to win games

Must beat - Davidson, Morehead State and Valpo.

Need to also beat Butler or Georgia State to get to five

From what I've seen thusfar, I'm thinking we lose at Marist, vs USD, and vs Morehead. We win by a few at Valpo. That makes the Butler and Davidson games crucial. (That's coming from the one who's finished dead last each of the past three weeks in PFL pick'em!) Hopefully, we improve by the time we play at Ga State.

There's a lot of disappointment with the team right now. If you want to try to think positively, though, we're 0-2 (PFL) after playing 2 top tier programs in the league.

The three Campbell posters in PFL Pick'Em predicted ODU to beat CU by scores of 31-24, 31-17, and 37-17. ODU won 41-14.

The next week, 28 of 31 Ga State posters on panthertalk.com picked their Panthers to beat ODU. ODU won 40-17....in the GeorgiaDome.
