MORGANTOWN, W.Va.
- Sales of single game tickets for the 2005 West Virginia-Louisville football game Oct. 15 have been halted, WVU ticket manager Debby Travinski announced today.

Season tickets, as well as single-game tickets for WVU's home dates against Wofford, East Carolina, Connecticut and Pitt, are still available. For more information, call 1-800-WVU GAME or look online at http://www.wvugame.com.

good news....our game with VT has been sold our for a few weeks as well....and I'm sure the Pitt game will be a sellout before the dust settles

Looks like the WVU fans are fired up for the Home Schedule. I remember when the realignment took place and many thought it would be a major drop off in attendence and now it appears that will not be the case.

I know the back yard brawl is still the biggie for WVU, but I've been saying since the NCAA tournament that Louisville and WVU will strike up a rivalry like few others. This is just the start, give it a few years. :saber:

when was the last time we sold out 2, and like 3, games before August 1? I can't remember it, ever. anyone?
