By far the hardest hitting game I seen was the 94 SU-WVU game. I rememebr the WVU players were "popping" the Orangemen up that night. ESPN later on had film of all the hits the eers were putting on the cuse.

Even on TV that night you could see the SU WRs not wanting to catch the Football :eek:

I can't recall a game but two UofL players that stick out in my head are Johnny Frost (LB) and Rawle Bynoe (DB). The hardest hit I ever saw was in the UofL vs. Ohio St. game. I forgot the RB name, he went on to play for the Vikings. But one of our guys knocked the slobber out of him. He left the game and never returned, admitting it was the hardest he'd ever been hit.

I would have to say the 1993 WVU/Miami game. That was just incredible.
