What can they say, they needed to keep those players eligible so UofL could drop somewhere around 135-140 points on the Cougars the last two times we played them!

How do the Coogs ever expect to join the SEC when it expands into Texas (now thats a Texas size pipe dream) if they can't learn to cheat and be successful. The first rule in the Send Extra Cash conference is to cheat and be good at it...LMAO The SEC already has one or two programs that can't get the cheat'n successfully part down. Houston will never join the SEC if they can't get that simple requirement down. If there is one thing the SEC doesn't need it's another program that can't pull its own weight cheat'n.

This story is bull. The person making the allegation signed sworn statements that he knew of no ncaa violations each year for several years. Either way you want to look at it he's a liar. Either he was lying before or he's lying now. He admits he made the accusation to get back at the school for filing charges of theft against him. He's admittedly a liar and possibly a thief to boot.

Yep, if its only his word that has to be taken, then his credibility is very suspect. However,it should be easy to verify if his statements have any truth by following up his activities.

[From 1995 to 2003, Brown says he solicited from other University of Houston professors at least 25 improper grade changes for UH athletes at the behest of coaches and other school officials. QUOTE]

There should be a number of other persons who can either corroborate or disavow his statement.

I believe that the fact that a player earned 20-something credits in a summer session should be enough to say something stinks. That's about like Elton Brand earning all those credits at Duke when he was playing for Team USA or something like that. Sorry, my specifics in each case aren't very good... I know both are documented, however.
