Memphis Attorney Scott Kramer has submitted his resume for the open Administrator position at Memphis Animal Services, replacing Matthew Pepper. Scott would like us to flood the city with emails demanding that the city hire an administrator who will employ the “No Kill Equation.” Scott believes that the “No Kill Equation” will work to save the animals at MAS. We should rally around a compassionate and competent administrator who will give the homeless animals the care and respect that they deserve. Since I believe the mayor is simply stalling until after the election before resuming business as usual, I'm fine with this. Do you have an email address?

No kill is not possible with the volume of animals the facility brings in. It shouldnt be 75 or 80%, but 0% is wishful thinking.
