BTW- Congratulate yourselves for forcing the City of Greenville to act. Let them do the 'face-saving' with the 'things changed slightly' comments. It is the speaking up by animal advocates that forced the first visit- the 2nd, the 3rd, the 4th and the 5th. They wouldn't have gone at all if that photo hadn't been posted and all of you not hammered the City reps to act. YOU got the dog removed.

Great story Janice. Thank you for making my day. I'm upset that a family could be so callous, and that a city could waste five freaking trips before saving the poor guy, but I'm really glad he is safe.
