Well, Steyn deals with reporting on reality and this time, perhaps a few in the UK are willing to actually look at the cause of the riots which he nailed pretty well. But they won't change anything, because it would be admitting that a social welfare state created by the policies of one ideological side of the aisle is a failure. They'll continue to not really police, not really punish those lawbreakers and this kind of thing may well happen again. There appear to be no adults in the UK as the inmates are running the asylum and they know it.

What is not being discussed is that the police surveillance state that they've built with all their cameras is making identifying many of these "yutes" rather easy. The ones most likely not identified are the hard core gangsters who covered their faces.
