It's OK, not really creative, but they've got a great new coach, one they ought to be excited about, and it's the fresh start they want to emphasize.

I agree, the poster is pathetic, but posters don't win games. What is even more pathetic is that people try to meddle in other university's branding instead of their own problems like pathetic APR reports that give the conference a horrible reputation.
