It will come down to the lines
If the LU line can stop the WVU D, then LU wins in a blowout
However if WVU line stops the passing attack, then we're in 4 a tight ball game

West VA is a part of Virginia.

Its WV or WVU.... and I hate them.

Sorry, I"m anal about my state being abbreviated that way.

No go kick their asses in. 04-cheers

It's hard to tell how the UL/ West VA game will go. On the one hand, UL's offense is the best that we will face all year. When Maryland was able to move the ball against us, it was via the pass. Neither SU nor Wofford are good passing teams, and Maryland isn't that hot. I think our pass defense is still largely untested.

BUT, we should be able to run the ball against the Cards, and if we can control the clock and sustain some long drives, it should be interesting.

We'll see what happens over the next few weeks. ECU and VPI will be interesting games.

It is harder to run against us than you think. But I am looking forward to this game. WVU is my favorite BE team after my Cards.

It should be a big battle. It's way to early to predict for sure but this game will likely mean a ton in the conference race. Each of us had the two best wins of the season for the conference yesterday in my opinion.

UofL is not going to blowout WVU in Morgantown, no way. This will be a good, hard fought battle that will go down to the wire. Im hoping this will be an ABC game.

If both the winner and loser are undefeated outside of the context by the end of the year, will the BE get two bowl bids this year?

Oh and to those who think UL will roll or blow out WVU, ask any VT fan if they are worried about their game in Morgantown. Its also our Homecomming. We played Miami just as tough two years ago as UL did last year and against a better Miami team. We still have a nice core of kids from that team. I give UL all the due respect they deserve but to anyone who thinks UL will roll without a fight at our house, STOP WATCHING SPORTS CENTER because they and you don't know jack about WVU.

Well said - We get no love from ESPN.

You know why? TV sets.

A rout? I think not. Hopefully this will be the game that gains the nations interest and it will be close enough that both teams maintain their credibility. Could be win win win for WVU, UofL and the BEast. 04-cheers I can't help but think Pitt will still have something to say about the conference championship.

You know - you are probably right-on with this one.

Experiecne tells me - there will be some other surprises along the way as well.

We won by a field goal and lost by a field goal in Morgantown! I expect and other close game. 04-cheers
