Value of BCS AQ League membership in non-football sports
How much of a difference has it made for programs like USF, Cincinnati, and now Utah and TCU? Have any AD's mentioned how much monetary difference it can make for a school to jump up to the big leagues without taking football into consideration?

I don't think it makes a difference unless that school is willing to take the extra revenue and spread it around the athletic dept. Memphis is non AQ and we have better facilities for basketball than most AQ schools, and comparable facilities in alot of the non revenue sports. It's more about how the individual schools choose to spend their money.

There's definitely a difference. There's more money available, higher expectations, and better TV exposure. Case in point of St. John's.
