Well, ECU better. If the same situation happened at ECU the hammer that would be used would be 10x's heavier than the one Ohio State is gonna get.

Here's the way I look at it: I don't have a great deal of respect for the NCAA as an organization. Therefore, I can't really get all bent out of shape when somebody breaks their Draconian outdated rules.

There is such a disparity the way the rules are enforced.
It's really a book to keep the have nots in line and for the haves to bend, bend, and bend them somewhere until something so ridiculously documented gets media attention then they get a slap on the wrist.

The days of the $100 handshake are LONG FROM OVER and I think most fans have accepted that. I don't think any fan who is familiar with the inner workings of collegiate athletics (even at the junior college, NAIA level) thinks their school is 100% rule compliant.
