I was looking at a pocket watch I have that was my great grandfathers. It is an American Waltham watch. 1872. It is 18 carat gold and 17 jewel. Its serial number is 668269 so I was able to determine it was from 1872. It is in very good condition and still working. It is also a hunter version watch.

Anyone on here know much about these watches? Curiousity has peaked my interest.

Unless you wear a monacle and a top hat, I say put it in the safe and pass it on from generation to generation. Sort of like that guy did in Pulp Fiction, who stored his watch in his acehole while in POW camp.
