That is a repeat of the mistake they made putting the students in the southwest end zone at Lockhart - especially when the sideline sections are not filled. It looks bad and the atmosphere that could be created by the students is left out in the end zone.

huge mistake

They must be taking that 'fan friendly' approach that our AD did with our basketball seating. Yeah, that'll suck for them....but should provide our coaches with some easy communication among the sideline.

We made the same mistake with our hoops. Ever since they made the change, our men's hoops has gone downhill. Coincidence ? Maybe, maybe not.

It sure made it less fun.

Many years ago, when I was in college.....we got the coach at either Lamar or Texas Arlington so pissed at us, he flipped us off behind his back (as he faced the court). We DEFINITELY won that day....though, I forget the final score.

When I was a student, we kept yelling at Morehead State's coach Dick Fick, calling him "Tubby" and other names inviting him up for a piece of pizza. To our surprise, he came up in the stands and at a slice (very quickly) during the game.

We loved the guy after that.

The SOTS got the FAU coach kicked out of a basketball game back in 08. It was hilarious!

Yeah, that should improve your record.
