And gruehls, if you, you know, want to really send him a legal cease and desist since, you know, you actually ARE a lawyer ... allow me to help you with that:

not too hard to id me as not "ghruels." and someone gave him a picture as he has me pegged perfectly as expressed in one of his pm's: "...You are probably a 100 pound nerd behind a keyboard that the only way he can lash out is ban someone...." even if i didn't ban him.
you ban him as i am now terrified. and, i need a new outlet for my repressed anger.

Can somebody give me the guys contact information? I think I might want to get in on this litigation. Maybe we can turn it into a class action lawsuit. Through no fault of my own, I have been bullied by GTS, SCConway, G-man, Gruehls, Rebel, RebelKev, etc. I am a perfect citizen of this here place and never ever ever like to stir the pot. I have never ever ever instigated an argument or even been the least bit confrontational. Also, when I was a mod, nobody appreciated me and the common folk were downright mean to me. Plus I was forced to grovel at the feet of the admins to get anything done.
The cost of my pain and suffering is immeasurable, but I would be willing to settle right now for any of the following: (A) A Brand New Tahoe (2) The complete demise of the BCS system ( C ) Perpetual membership to NCAAbbs.com (Cheddar) A Slap Chop.

just keep in mind that when ncaabbs gets threatened or sued, i'm their lawyer so you'll need some grains of salt when i slide that envelope your way. but, you can also use those grains of salt on your bar napkin, so it doesn't stick to your frosty mug. and i'll bring you a big spoon to start ya off on stirring the pot. and i might be wearing a wire.
