Who would you have drafted?

I probably would have drafted Newton, but for some reason, I think he won't be the superstar everyone thinks.
It'll be interesting to see how he does against others that can match his speed.

Newton appeared to be the smartest of the bunch when ESPN2 telecasted the quarterback camp series.

Ever since we played him in his first game at Auburn, I thought of him as the next Steve McNair.

None of the above.

I think all the QBs taken in the first two rounds are gambles in some ways.
Personally I like Andy Dalton and Colin Koepernick, both high second rounders, better than the first round guys.

Locker...just like a former NFL scout stated, he showed the same attributes, skills, and competencies as Favre did coming out of S. Miss.

Cam Newton of course. A proven commodity. Signed by Florida when they already had Chris Leaks and Tebow. Transferred and won JUCO championship then transfered to Auburn and won BCS championship. A proven commodity.

Why did you not list them in alphabetical order? Were you trying to show favor to Locker?

I think Cam is just the next in line of top five quarterback flops. He may not flame out as bad as Jamarcus Russell or Ryan Leaf, but I don't think he's going to be a star.

I wrote in Locker first I guess because my team took him and he was the first that came to my mind. It wasn't an attempt to get votes for him on a Belt bbs board poll.


I'm a Kaepernick guy personally. I think SF got the best QB of the bunch, this is just a poll for the first round guys though.
