RE: Who will be drafted?
I can see Mixon or Simmons being drafted from Kent with Lainhart being picked up as a free agent after the draft.

RE: Who will be drafted?
I see Josh Thomas going from Buffalo, He is working his way down to the 5th or 4th round on a lot of mock sites...
Davonte Shannon will get a shot as an UDFA, maybe Domonic Cook..
At UB's pro day Justin Winters did the defensive back workouts and did pretty well, he has an outside shot at being an UDFA..

RE: Who will be drafted?
CMU LBs Nick Bellore and Matt Berning are attracting pro interest and could go in the later rounds.

There's a strong chance Spann gets drafted because of how well he ran at his pro day.

Doesn't hurt that NIU has a strong tradition of RBs making it in the league.

RE: Who will be drafted?
For Temple, Muhammad Wilkerson will likely get drafted in the 1st Round. We've heard everything from 9th or 10th to 17th or 18th to 31st or 32nd to Pittsburgh or Green Bay. I think he ends up in either New England (17th or 28th), San Diego (18th), or New Orleans (24th).
Jaiquawn Jarret could go anywhere from the 3rd Round to the 6th Round.
Darius Morris should go 5th to 7th Round.
Elijah and Elisha Joseph, and Colin Madison could all get drafted as well, and should at least get free agent looks.

Temple has had GREAT DTs. The DT last year went undrafted Neblett and played 4 Carolina.IMO, he is better football player than Wilkerson, but not a better athlete.Wilkerson numbers are off the chart.

Neblett is undersized, which hurt his draft stock. He has played football longer than Mo, but indeed is not close to a better athlete. Mo's size, strength and speed is off the charts. He's still just developing as a player which is unreal. Neblett, Knighton, and Mo are all going to have very good NFL careers.

Kent State's S Brian Lainhart has the best chance of being drafted while LB Cobrani Mixon and DE Monte Simmons will definitely be signing somewhere as UFAs.

sorry, bull, and i realize the mac has a strong tradition of undrafted free agents going on to long nfl careers, just funny how a thread about draftees turns into a maybe could possibly get a shot as a mini camp free agent

UB has put three UDFA's on active NFL Rosters in the past *two* years... Willy (who has been off and on), Roosevelt (Finished last year with meaningful playtime for the Bills), and Newton (Played a good chunk of last season with Indy).
So yes, n a post where I mentioned a Bull that will be drafted I also noted some guys that will get a shot in the hours after the draft..

Akron has a longshot or two that might get in. Not expecting much for the next three or four years until we get a coach who can identify talent that belongs in D-I.
