I noticed on another thread that the CEO of the Fiesta Bowl brought in about $600,000 so I did a quick search and ran into an article about just that.

It's amazing the amount of money these organizers are bringing in on the backs of (sometimes) cash straped universities and student athelete's. A lot of schools are lucky to break even on a bowl trip, meanwhile bowl CEO's are set for the next year. Sounds like a sweet job - I'd love to make six figures to organize one football game and take vacation the rest of the year.

Do you mean organize a football game, entertain at strip clubs and hang with politicians, and THEN vacation the rest of the year?
