Up yours ATT (wireless)
I love T-mobile, customer service is amazing, plans are great, been with them for 6-7 years now. I left ATT back when they used to have roaming issues, and they wouldn't take care of problems even when they knew they were at fault. Their customer service agents were immature, and obviously underpaid. I have no problems with the I-phone its a great phone, but phones don't sell me when it comes to what carrier to choose.

Thanks T-mobile for selling us out. I sure hope ATT has improved since the last time I dealt with them.

(On a side note, I currently have U-verse at home, and have not had any issues to date)

If AT&T changes T-mobiles plans, when my contract expires they will be losing 3 phone lines. I despise AT&T and their non-existant customer service. Why would I pay twice as much for less coverage?

Unlikely. I live in the second largest metropolitan area in the US and I drop calls daily. That said, my wife thinks T-Mobile is the only service worse than AT&T. Go figure.

Yeah, my wife has T-Mobile and loathes it. The service has been spotty and the customer service matches that.

I had Verizon with my previous job and AT&T now. Both superior in her eyes.

That's why Baskin Robbins makes 31 flavors, I suppose.

I keep seeing releases from ATT and T-Mobile about the impending purchase (FAQ's etc.), but I'm hesitant to think that this is going to get approved.

If it is approved, it'll mean fewer choices, which isn't good for the consumer.
