The journal is probably trying to go out on a limb like SI doesn every season, remember they had the Beavs number one last year preseason. Wazzou loses its leading rusher and receiver, they also lose two great safeties, who were their big time hitters and big time playmakers, Gesser is talented but I question his ability to stay healthy all season, that will probably depend on the running game. I see the Cougs as a middle of the Pac team (4th to 6th), I am looking forward to the meeting with the Devils. As far as the mopsquad site, check your numbers , you have Oregon as finishing 12-1 last yr. They were 11-1. GO DEVILS.

They were WAY off on that one!

I didn't realize WSU lost that much talent. That will be tough to replace...and Mike Price has never had back-to-back winning seasons in his career.

I did not realize Trufant was back, he is the real deal, speedy, great hands, and good instincts. What about the running game, if it doesnt emerge , Gesser will get roughed up in the pocket.
