Will Pelphrey go to Western Kentucky?
I don't know if that will happen, but I'd bet money he'll have another job somewhere within the next month, if he so chooses to accept one. He's still a good guy, and a good coach at some level, and maybe will get another chance at the big time in the future, but probably not right now. But you never know. Stan Heath didn't stay unemployed very long. Of course he could be again if South Florida doesn't start winning.

No, Jeff Goodman reported today that McDonald will be retained. I really doubt Western would have hired a Phailed coach no matter what Wally says.

Dudley Dawson also mentioned the fact that Pelphrey could go to Western. Guess that's out now.

Just shows what idiots these folks are. They don't realize that Western is one of the winningst programs in the NCAA. I don't believe Western takes other folks' rejects.
