Good Luck
Regardless of what I think you guys won four straight and made it. Do I think you are the best team in the Belt? No I don't but all that matters is you were the best in those four games.(talking about the men)
ASU- was it's own worst enemy. Can't shoot from the 3, field or FT line that day.
Technical called at the worst possible time. Coach Brady and Kleine should have both been called for Techs but only Brady got it. But Brady should have backed off even though i thought he had a legitimate gripe. I thought the officials swallowed their whistles in the second half and we didn't adjust and UALR made some big shots. I thought the first half ASU got hosed on allowing UALR to travel consistently without it being called and replay will show that to be true. But you still have to adjust, we didn't UALR did and won the game. The conference needs a good showing in the tournament, so go get em.
I think Leeper is going to be a nice player for you guys down the road you can't make someone taller than they are and he has nice touch.
Already looking for revenge next season to take back what should have been ours this year.
Your ladies were the best team in the league and deserved it. I think our ladies legs just gave out after the third straight game but made a good run winning 6 of last 7 games. The future looks good for our ladies as well. Good luck as well.

RE: Good Luck
Thanks for your good wishes. Maybe we weren't the most talented team in the league, but maybe, when it came right down to it, we were the best "team". Sometimes having too many stars doesn't work. Teams who have, maybe one or two really good players, and the rest good role players, sometimes are better "teams" than those with all the superstars. Miami Heat is a good example. There's only one ball to go around, and when you have too many superstars, it doesn't work. And the best teams win when everything is on the line. And admittedly it takes some luck. And for once in over twenty years we had it. How many times could Bozeman make that shot under the same circumstances? Don't know, but he only had to do it once, and he did. So at least for now we can enjoy a miracle season. Next year? We'll worry about that later.

I wish we were in your shoes. I know the year we made it we weren't the best team but we won the tourney. I'd take it either way.
