We play the winner of Bowling Green and NIU
With the #2 seed secured, we will play the winner of the BGSU (#7 seed) and NIU (#10 seed) on Thursday at the Q. Last year the #2 vs #7 game was at Noon. If we are fortunate enough to advance to Firday we would play the winner of #3 vs #6. The #3 is Miami and I don't know who the #6 is yet. All in all these are teams that we have defeated. I can't wait to get to Cleveland and cheer on the guys. We have something special going and I hope it continues. Go Broncos!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's official: Broncos play Thursday at Noon! If we win we play the winner of Miami and Akron. Could it possibly be a rematch against Akron in the Semis? First things first, Win thursday!

I don't like seeing Akron in our half of the bracket.

If we don't like to see another Akron - Kent final, well.........Broncos need to get some payback. Unless Miami beats them and then the foot is in the other shoe.

Just because I say it doesn't make it so, but Robin Hook said it on air as well, I do think that WMU can handle Akron on a "nuetral" site.
I mean, first things first, I'm not thinking past Thursdays noon game vs. BG or NIU, but, if we get to Friday, and it is Akron, well then let's just see.
I got a feeling that the spirit of DK is in this team, almost like he is playing and that super will of his is part of what is driving us. And I know he would love to settle some scores with the Zips, especially at the Q.
Go hard Broncos.

no disrespect to the Chips, but I look for the Buffalo game against Kent on Thurs to be a good game.

RE: We play the winner of Bowling Green and NIU
If Bowling Green knocks off NIU, they will pose a unique challenge for us. During our 9-2 stretch, I don't recall alot of zone being played against us other than the game against BG. Bowling Green is pretty much a zone team and will force us to hit the 3 ball. If we have a weakness, it would be consistently hitting the 3 ball. I feel Juwan is a very good weapon against the zone as he can hit the 3 or find opennings in the zone and hit the mid range shot or find the open man. Also the pace of the game should be to Stainbrook's liking. From what I have seen of Bowling Green they are a streaky team. They can play you tough one night and terrible the next. They are just dangerous enough to beat us but I still like our chances. Should be fun!

Bombing a zone is not the only way to beat one.
