Really did not use any recruiting site info because, other than Jarboe, they were based on what I remember from listening as the ASU coaches talked about who had offered these players. Got the info on Jarboe from a Tennessee fan who called me to see if Jarboe was down to Arkansas State and them or Arizona State and them and I did not know. He told me who the other school who had offered him were. I did remember that the schools the ASU coaches mentioned on these and other players did not really match up with Rivals or Scouts.

Think several ASU players got some good offers the last two weeks leading into the signing date because the coaches seemed shocked they held on to couple of players.

In fact most of the players could have signed with a school that the average fan would have said was bigger than ASU according to the coaches, and this is just a middle-of-the-pack SBC class.

Do the D-1 transfers have to sit out a year at South, or can they play right away?

RE: FB - Your School's Top Five Signees
My top five signees at ULM...okay, six:

Earnest Carrington, QB, 6-1, 203, Atascocita HS/Humble, Texas (3 star, Scout)
Rashon Ceaser, WR, 6-0, 170, East Feliciana HS/Clinton, La.
Hunter Kissinger, LB, 6-3, 210, Har-Ber HS/Springdale, Ark.
Ben Risenhoover, OL, 6-3, 280, Jenks HS/Jenks, Okla.
Allen Tatum, DB, 6-2, 185, Warren HS/Warren, Ark. (3 star, Rivals)
Colby Mitchell, OL, 6-3, 290, Bartlesville HS/Bartlesville, Okla.

We also signed a punter and a placekicker, both ranked top 20 in the country. The good thing is that all 21 of our signees are academically eligible and all of them will be here in the fall. Most of them will likely be redshirted.

Regarding other notables, we now have on board former Arkansas Razorback, Mitchell Bailey, who was in line to be starting fullback for the Hogs in 2010 before transferring to ULM. He's probably more of a tailback than a fullback. In high school he ran a 4.5 40 and stands 6-0, 215 pounds. He practiced with the Warhawks last fall and will be playing in 2011.
